About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Apprentice to join our dynamic Ecommerce Team. In this role, you will support the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business, gaining hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, and customer engagement. What You Will Do
- Assist with managing and updating the D2C ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, promotional plan, and paid advertisement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the online shopping experience and optimize website performance.
- Monitor customer feedback and assist in implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales and website performance data, providing actionable insights to enhance D2C business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive benchmarks.
- Help with day-to-day operational tasks, including order processing and fulfillment coordination.
Who You Are
- Strong interest in ecommerce and digital marketing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, CRM, CDP.
- Enthusiastic learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
